I don't see it on the shelf at Ferguson.
That's normal. Most Ferguson branches don't stock CINCH-N-LIFT on the shelf, so it's a special order. Go to the
customer service counter and give them the product number ACINCHLIFT.
They'll order it in for you. On your phone, open the number full-screen to show them.
The person at the counter hasn't heard of it.
Because it's a special order, most counter staff and service techs won't know the product. Give them the product number
